We accept all standard 3D CAD formats including .STEP, .STP, .IGES, .IGS, .STL, .SLDPRT, .X_T, and .PRT. For 2D drawings with critical tolerances and thread specifications, please upload .PDF, .DXF, or .DWG files.

- Rapid CNC Prototypes: 1 to 3 business days.
- Low-Volume CNC Runs (10–500 pcs): 3 to 7 business days.
- Sheet Metal Parts: 2 to 5 business days.
- Rapid Tooling & Injection Molding: 10 to 18 business days for T1 mold samples.
- Global Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3 to 5 business days door-to-door.

Our standard CNC machining tolerance follows ISO 2768-m (Medium) (±0.1 mm). For precision aerospace, medical, and optical parts, we routinely achieve ±0.01 mm (±0.0004 in) using high-precision 5-axis DMG MORI & Makino CNC centers verified by Zeiss CMM inspection.

No MOQ! We gladly manufacture single 1-piece R&D functional prototypes, low-volume batches (5–500 pcs), and high-volume full production runs up to 100,000+ units.

We provide comprehensive surface treatments: Anodizing Type II (Matte / Glossy colors), Hardcoat Anodizing Type III (Mil-A-8625), Bead Blasting (Glass/Ceramic beads), Chemical Passivation, Electropolishing, Black Oxide, Zinc/Nickel Plating, Powder Coating, Electrophoresis (E-coating), Silk Screening, and Laser Engraving.
