1. Standard Quality Inspection Protocol
- Incoming Material Quality Control (IQC): Spectrometric chemical analysis and hardness testing of incoming raw aluminum billets, stainless steels, engineering plastics, and titanium rods.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): First-piece verification before CNC batch runs, continuous tolerance sampling every 2 hours during machining.
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): 100% visual cosmetic inspection under standardized lighting and CMM dimensional sampling before precision anti-static vacuum packaging.

If any parts do not meet your approved 2D technical drawings or agreed ISO 2768-m/f tolerances, JYH Prototype guarantees an expedited free remanufacturing run within 3 to 5 business days or full financial reimbursement.
