An oxide film, with thickness of 5-20um, is formed on the surface of the components after anodising. It is often used in conjunction with sandblasting. The benefits of anodising include:
•Improve hardness and corrosion resistance
•Improve the adhesive force
•Making part cosmetic improvement
•Good insulating properties
Electroplating
Electroplating is the process of laying a metal film on the surface of a part. Chrome, nickel, zinc and copper plated products are often used in all aspects of life. Plating enhances the corrosion resistance of metals, hardness, resistence, electrical conductivity, smoothness, heat resistance and cosmetic improvement.
Polishing
Polishing includes electrolytic polishing, chemical polishing and mechanical polishing. After polishing the surface of the parts is flatter and brighter. We have a fully equipped polishing department to provide you with the perfect look.
Powder coating
Powder electrostatic spraying is commonly used in mass production and the thickness of the powder is usually between 40 and 100 um. Powder coating is both decorative and functional, with rich colours, mattes, satin, gloss, metallic textures - there is always something to suit your needs, while it improves the rust and corrosion resistance of the parts.
Painting
Painting can be applied to most parts surface, usually at a thickness of 10-20um, and using Pantone color coding or Mold-Tech standard, we can provide you with the exact color you want. It is making part distinctions or for cosmetic improvement. Sometimes we recommend using it in conjunction with sandblasting in order to increase the adhesive force of the paint.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting is the process of forming tiny rounded corners by the impact of sand with the surface of the part, making the part look more beautiful and precise. Sandblasting increases the adhesive force on the part surface and also removes stains and improves the finish of the job. The surface of the part after sandblasting is usually matte surface.
Silk screen
Silk screen is a process of printing graphics, text and logos directly onto the surface of a part. Whatever design you want to print, just provide us with the AI or CAD files, we will put it on its surface.
Laser marking
Laser marking is the technology of using laser to permanently etch logos, text and graphics onto the surface of a part, also at a more competitive cost than silk screen. The laser marking depth is typically between 0.1- 0.2mm.
