PC plastic injection molded parts
PC is short for polycarbonate and is one of the most commonly used injection molding materials. Polycarbonate injection molding refers to the process of injecting melted polycarbonate into a mold at high pressure and temperature to create complex plastic parts. Polycarbonate is an amorphous thermoplastic polymer whose functional groups are linked to carbonate groups and can be processed by injection molding. Injection molding is a high-volume, high-speed production technique that allows millions of parts to be manufactured each year with limited human intervention.
