1、Offer

Provide 2D or 3D drawings and indicate process requirements / demand / business card information. Send to the inquiry email, give process evaluation within 10 minutes, and issue detailed quotation and cycle the next day.

2、Process Determination

After communication between the two parties, it is confirmed that there is no difficulty in the production process, and the contract contents (delivery period, process standard, quality control basis, etc.) are agreed. And understand our response to abnormal process, including some other terms of cooperation.

3、Stamping

The raw material cost sheet and environmental protection certificate can be provided before production. Timely inspect and record the product spot check, stop production and report to the manager in case of any abnormality. Fill in the process abnormality report after eliminating the abnormality. Each set of mold has maintenance record sheet to ensure that the mold life can be produced at any time.

4、Surface Treatment

Salt spray test report and film thickness measurement report shall be provided. For some special ultra-thin materials or special structures, size report after electroplating shall be provided to prevent electroplating deformation. And each batch of spot check visual inspection, whether there is poor plating.

5、After Sale

At the beginning of cooperation, we will inform the daily output of this product and indicate the reaction time limit of general and major quality abnormalities. Each time you place an order, there will be an email indicating whether the product has material inventory, finished product inventory, etc.
