If you are not satisfied with the sample after you receive it, we will solve it in the following cases: First, if the product is defective caused by us, we will repair it; if not, we will redo it free of charge

Once your order is confirmed, After the completion of the project, we will have a professional QC personnel to carry out a full inspection of each precision/size/tolerance/structure of the parts.

We usually control the tolerance from +/-0.001mm to +/-0.005 mm

How quickly can I get my parts?

As for shipping, most of our shipments are via air freight, which can take a few days from China to Europe or North America.Such as Fedex/UPS/DHL. It usually takes about a week.

We usually start to count working days from the second day after we confirm the order.

Can JYH Rapid make design drawings for me?

Yes, we can. In fact,you are responsible for submitting 2D and 3D CAD drawings，the 3D format files includes STEP /IGS/X-T and so on and we can then provide a Design for Manufacturing review upon receiving your order. In the process of makingprototype, engineers need to issue drawings for production. Due to the empirical and professional nature of production, many designers prefer factories to provide services from design to sample, so that they can clearly know which structures are suitable for production and avoid some unnecessary cost risks.

What type of design files does JYH Rapid accept for quoting?

We only accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP or IGES format.

How long does a quotation take?

In most cases, we respond within 2 hours or a days of receiving an RFQ, it depends on the quantities.If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Can we use the master model for making duplicate copies for vacuum casting ?

Yes, master models are used to create silicone molds for vacuum casting. Usually a silicone mold can produce 1 to 50 parts.

How do I know my design will be kept confidential?

Every employee of the company is trained and signed a confidentiality agreement, and every computer is equipped with security software. At the same time, there are signs in the production workshop that say "No Photos"
